The few times I’ve used the coaching, the audio has turned off close to the end of the session. I have been able to get it to play music from my phone after that, but man it’s a bummer when I’m in the middle of a sprint, and the App turns off.

I have six e-mail addresses. I used the most frequently used to down load the App. Go was able to use the e-mail address to process the bill and to BOMBARD me with marketing. Now the problem. In spite of billing me and marketing to me, Zygo wanted me to confirm the address. More than a dozen attempts and no confirmation link. I sent (more than once) another try with EACH of my other e-mails. The confirmation link NEVER arrived! (Sigh. Yes, I checked the “junk” file as well as the inbox). The “customer service” was nothing more than e-mailing me ( do you see the irony?) a pre-paid return label. Bottom line? Make sure the App works before you order the product. The one star is for customer service. Obviously, I am in no position to comment on the product.

I had bought the first headset for my lovely wife and since we swim together after a few months of saving money I could afford mine. Then on my own I figured out you can listen to the same pandora from one transmitter, too late. It gives me independence to have my own transmitter (different music choice) but if you like to save money while listening to someone else’s music you can. I feel like I’m wealthy for 45 minutes

Worked for less than 3 months; headset malfunction and wont connect to app; wont stay connected to receiver within more than 10 feet. Tried reinstalling app; bluetooth; fully charged; had updated firmware but now unable to check for updates as headset wont connect.Here is the best part - used Zygo support: sent email, no reply. Then tried chat support during open hours - it’s not chat and just sends message and says will reply soon to email. Then tried phone support during open hours - get this, it’s just a VM saying to send an email! Waste of $300 - do not recommend.
