The Case mobile app just got a major upgrade! With a refreshed user interface and powerful new features, navigating case bookings is now smoother and more intuitive. Kit BOM links are now available throughout the booking process, including on the summary screen, making it easier than ever for users to confirm they’re booking exactly what they need. We’ve also introduced extended offline capabilities, enabling offline image capture and seamless usage processing. This latest update streamlines case management to keep pace with the growing demands of your company’s field operations. Alongside minor feature refinements, these enhancements make managing cases in the field more efficient than ever.

Consignment BOM information is now accessible via the app! Search by hospital, view the sets consigned to that account and view the items within that set. We've also updated Incomplete status sets to highlight in orange so you can quickly see sets that have shipped short of items, along with several performance improvements, bug fixes and minor enhancements.

BOM (Bill of Material) note lines are now visible for shipped Kits for field-based users. We’ve tweaked long item description formatting, so they are always visible. Auto-capitalization on all notes fields speeds up adding notes to cases, flows, & counts. Easily submit usage with a single-click once you’ve uploaded an image of the charge-sheet. Booking lists have been sorted in alphanumerical order so you can quickly find what you need. We’ve also made a number of improvements to performance, data retrieval and bug fixes.

Surgeon Kit Preferences built directly into the booking flow makes otherwise complex kit configurations a breeze. We've added item code information during all bookings to support users in quickly and easily adding the right items to booking. Forms now include image input fields that enable users to capture pictures via the camera on device or add via the image library. We've also made a number of performance improvements, bug fixes and enhancements.

You can now instantly see who booked any case with user and date info on every case overview screen. Search against any large list to quickly find the Surgeon, Hospital or procedure you need during bookings! Closed forms now show any supporting notes and information on the user who closed the form. Item names across the app utilize the Checklist Description (where available) to make any item easier to understand. Loan bookings can now be completed by picking only items – sets are not mandatory.

Need to tag specific items within your case usage? Well now you can with custom defined usage tags, which can be easily applied at an item level and color coded for easy visual identification where required. Easy spot incomplete items within shipped sets as they now automatically highlight in the digitized shipping list if the item quantity is less than the expected shipping value. We've also included a handful of enhancements & fixes within this release.

Combined consignment & loan bookings are now live! Add additional loan kits and items to any consignment booking, and they are shipped and tracked alongside the consignment information, all within the same case - it's that easy. Kits inside Drive now show all related images and reference information for items. Several bug fixes and UI updates.

Territories have arrived! Users with a management role can now be given company visibility based on territories, a fully editable set of customer groups that can be based on geographic location or other relevant parameters. Kits List – Users in the field now have full access to the company kit list via the dedicated Kits section inside Drive. Shipping Info – Reps now get a complete list of all kits and items shipped via the Shipping Info section, with the ability to drill down into each kit and see individual quantities. Shipping Insights – Directly from the cases list, users now see the status of each case shipment. Surgeon & Hospital Search – Quickly find specific surgeons or hospital’s inside the tools section with our new integrated search functionality.

New Year - New Features. Welcome to Case V3! Capture data till your heart's content with our latest Forms system now inbuilt via the updated new Tools section. We've added a 'Set Availability Warning' to automatically warn of possible issues anytime a case is booked and case editing is now locked to a single user to avoid multiple users editing the same case simultaneously. Sales Reps can now request to connect with other companies using the case platform to Book Cases (also add notes & Usage). Plus a whole heap of minor tweaks and updates.

Intelligent consignment case Bookings have arrived! You can now create consignment cases with accurate kit information, define usage based on consigned kit BOMs and logistics can assign and log set turn data for all consignment cases. Easily count consignment stock on the mobile with counts that automatically provide an expected item list based on the hospital and the Kit BOM. We've also added a number of other features including real-time set consignment data inside each of your hospitals, a new count list layout and so much more!

We've added minor tweaks to the case summary page to show more info on a single screen and put the Booked Card first on the home screen so you always see those cases without swiping the carousel. Additional minor UI tweaks and bug fixes.

View enhanced shipping information in app, including item & set usage, transfers & return status for all your cases. When case usage is submitted, we now automatically prompt mobile users to add supporting images so important records are not forgotten! Adding usage is made even easier via item lookup. Simply select items from all shipped sets & consumables via the digital checklist data. We've made several improvements to Counts to support 'Repeating Counts', count names, and to capture additional data for reporting & analysis. All users can initiate deletion of their account within the app via the profile page. Simply select Delete Account in the Edit section of your profile.

Minor bug fixes to Items & Usage functionality.

Shipping We’ve supercharged shipping - organisations can now handle their products at an Item level! So along with booking kits for a case, you can also request additional related items. When both sets and items are shipped for your cases you'll be notified and presented with all the shipping information. Drive Drive now supports Word, Excel and Power Point documents with native viewing of these formats in-app. Drive now includes Group accessibility control, so your admin can easily define at a user level who gets to see what inside the document repository. This can be used in conjunction with role accessibility to give admins the maximum control over both your folders and individual documents, videos and links. Flow Do you ever need to carry out a set of custom processes for a specific procedure or case? For V2 we’ve added Flow, a fully customisable process flow system that enables your organisation to build unique sets of steps and connect them into individual cases - all from within the Case platform. You can complete steps in-app and sales reps are notified of every overdue or completed step so you and your team can stay on top of the exact case requirements as they reach critical time frames. Counts Inventory counting is made easier with a new manual quantity input available on any scanned item and you can now give each count a custom count name that can be used for all future reference.

We've enabled seamless control over the shipping of sets for each case. You can now select from multiple delivery locations including ones specifically created for you, such as a home address or a specific department in each hospital for example. We'll also send you custom notifications each time the logistics team ship your case related equipment! When you book kits you can now add dedicated Booking notes and call out any case specific requirements that your teammates will see prior to any shipping. Need to add a historical case into the app? Well we've got you covered! You'll be warned if you choose a date in the past but be able to proceed if its intentional adding in already completed cases and recording usage as usual. For Surgeon preferences you can now add videos (via links) to support any specific surgeon requirements!

We've added quantities to Kits! Now for kits that have the quantity feature enabled you can choose the exact amount to assign to each case. We've also added autocorrect to all the notes and preference inputs to speed up your written case commentary. Input lists have been sorted alphanumerically, and we've fixed a handful of minor bugs.
