Track your progress with our unique therapy log, allowing you to read your thoughts from previous sessions. Retake the screening tool to see how your symptoms have reduced over time. Review your therapy goals and see your efforts in your final session summary.
Relax in our self-care section with mindfulness audio tapes, podcasts, and articles. Find external resources that will lead you to support groups and helplines.
All our sessions are backed by science and research. Every session was developed by our in-house cognitive psychologist with 20 years of experience in CBT. Our sessions have been reviewed by multiple psychologists to ensure that all content is clinically rigorous.
