This app makes managing student health records incredibly easy. Uploading forms, tracking requirements, and staying organized is fast and straightforward. Very reliable and saves a lot of time.

The App doesn’t seem to be improving

I appreciate having a mobile app to manage the multiple yearly health forms we have to complete but it seems the UI/UX may be digressing. Attempting to locate how to upload documents as a yearly replacement is cumbersome and not intuitive. Extra clicks to remove old forms and then having to take photos of current forms after even more clicks is not very user friendly. A connection to files other than the ones on my iPhone would also be helpful e.g Google Drive or Dropbox. It would also allow for a document scan vs a photo which would provide a higher quality image. It could also allow you to extract discrete data from the forms which could open up opportunities for you and your customers. Finally, for a future item maybe consider a way to number/ID forms in a way that doesn’t force critical information to be cut off at the bottom. Just some thoughts.

We made some improvements related to the upload documents feature, you can use the native upload section to select the file you want from any source to upload the file in the app.Our team continue making some improvements to help the UI/UX. Good for parents not great for admin

Needs improvement on the administrative side. I need to be able to see over the counter meds as well as prescription meds. Also, it would be great if you could make it to where we could add a nurse note through the mobile app if we are on a field trip. The Magnus v2 app was better for admins.

Thank you for your insightful input!You are correct, our initial release of the new Magnus Health mobile app was geared toward Parents to ensure that we met their requirements for the current Re-enrollment window. Upcoming releases will address additional enhancements for nurses and schools. In the meantime, within the new app you are able to view Prescriptions if you have that authorization. Simply click on “Students” in the tap bar at the bottom of the app screen and choose the desired student. Then within their record you can tap on any of the medications listed to see details.Thank you for being a Magnus Health mobile app user.
