I downloaded it to help with my ADHD, anxiety and depression. The app had helpful daily lessons that only took 15 minutes at most from what I remember. The art and graphics are unique and well done as someone who appreciates art. I will admit that I had problems getting an e-book I paid for, but someone got back to me quickly and I got it after like a day or two. As a psychology major, I do recommend that people still go to professionals, but the app definitely helps remind you to do things and has encouraging information. Would download again if needed.
ZERO Stars for this company for $60 incorrect charge and refusal to refund
Madame Morphose
This is another tracking app, NOT some breakthrough life-changing solution, by the way. There are lots of apps like this. This company promises solutions to ADHD, has you take a quiz, requires you to give your email before you can see the solutions and pricing, etc. I signed up to try it for $1 for a week entering my payment info for that, then was pushed through a series of upsell screens to buy extra books, etc, then it said “sign up now for 3 months for $60” to which I selected “no” and somehow the system took that as a yes, perhaps the interface’s area to click the NO part is too small. When I check my email that day I saw a notification that I upgraded to pay for 3 months which I did not want as described above. I contacted them immediately. The first agent said they cancelled my subscription going forward and that “please note I was notified about the renewal” which is incorrect since I’d just signed up. I pursued a refund and was told by a second agent that they would refund me partially out of courtesy because they don’t give refunds per their terms and conditions. I will be reporting them to my credit card company.

Not helpful

I’m a mental health professional and thought I would try this app not only for myself but also to refer my clients to. I stopped using it within a couple days because it was overly basic and simply not helpful. I thought I canceled the subscription, took it off my phone, and then six months later I got a surprise international charge on my credit card. I’ve had issues with emails not sending before (I assume it’s an internet connection issue because I’ve even had my husband check sometimes and he sees me hit send), so I reached out to Sensa to cancel and refund that same day. I’ve had to do that with other services in the past and has no problem. Sensa said they won’t be refunding me because I didn’t send an email 48 hours prior to renewal. That seems pretty crappy. So not only is this app not useful, they will find any advantage possible to take extra money.Update, I received a response from the developer who apologized but also said it’s their policy to not refund. Ummm, it’s *your* policy, you can decide to change it. There isn’t some app overlord who tells you that you can’t offer refunds. What a joke.

Ghosted-54 hours after payment, still no subscription

I had been satisfied enough with the app a couple of years ago to try to use it once again, though they also charged me on the background for a renewal that I never used. To be fair, it MIGHT have been just my oversight in a predatory set up by them, so I decided to give it a go again because I never got to finished my initial “personalized” program. 53 hours after Sensa took my money, I have not received any link to activate my subscription OR any reply to my 3 emails whatsoever. Tried the Hello email as well as their contact form. In the meantime, I keep receiving their marketing emails to come back. I got two of those since the time the purchase went through my bank, which is SO annoying. Also, even though their communications say they are based in SF, CA, there was an international transaction fee from Lithuania ON TOP OF THE MONEY I PAID FOR THE APP ITSELF. They should warn of these things somewhere on their website. Incredibly dissatisfied with this process. I am going to have to get my bank involved. Save yourself the trouble.
General User Interface improvements for a smoother experience.
