I have been following janelle’s choreography and performances since I was on my middle school dance team, wishing I could move my body like her. I have a huge passion for dancing, and who doesn’t need to work out, so when she created this I was beyond excited. LET ME TELL YOUUUUUU, this exceeded my expectations!! Thank you naughty girl team for making this sooooo accessible and soo affordable, it really shows that there are still people out there that genuinely care about other peoples wellness and happiness, and aren’t in it just for the money. This is not just a fitness app… I’ve been on a healing journey for a while now and this app perfectly compliments that. The routines are super empowering, and janelle herself is a character!! In a loving and fun way of course. She just motivates you like she’s right beside you. I have never felt so confident, had this much fun, and gained this much self love and self reflection from ANY other workout regimen in the past. This app is a game changer, especially if you love to dance. I truly hope this app stays around for a long time, im already noticing changes in my body only two months in AND im not even as consistent as I could be. Thank you so much for thinking about the girlies. Thank you so much for just creating such a beautiful environment for me and so many other people. I can’t waittttt to see where this app goes:)

I’m in my late 20s and have ALWAYS struggled with my health and weight. I’ve had a lot of medical obstacles get in the way of me finding activities I enjoy and won’t get bored of quickly. Now that I live alone and I work full time, trying to find something I can stay consistent with has felt impossible.After seeing a post on Instagram, I thought it looked like fun and I really liked the energy. I was a dancer for a long time and I tend to miss those days even though I’ve lost all my ability. I’m only on my first week of the program, but I’m having so much fun. The playlists for different levels make it easy to navigate. There are videos of all different lengths, from as short as 10-15 minutes, which is so great for when I’m not feeling motivated but still want to move a little bit. The energy from everyone in the videos is so contagious, especially Janelle. The way she speaks to the viewer with such kindness and understanding while also pushing them to keep going is so encouraging. Loving myself and my body has felt impossible for me, but somehow I feel good when I’m doing one of these workouts. Thank you SO much.

I can’t BELIEVE how much I love these workouts. I’ve never felt so motivated to exercise or had so much fun doing it. I feel so amazing every time I do it, even if it’s only for 10 minutes. I’ve recommended it to all of my girlfriends. ***Even after 6 months of being a subscriber, I keep coming back to it week after week. There are so many videos; I’ve only been able to try half of them and they’re adding more all the time. ***At 50 years old, I feel like my body has never looked better and my confidence has never been so high. I went to a sweaty dance club for the first time in 20yrs and I was killin it!! I literally danced for two 1/2 hours straight & I swear I was turning heads with my moves the entire time.😆 ***And just fyi—I’ve always loved to shake my booty but I have no real previous dance experience at all. I do the Level 2 workouts at 75% speed and I take breaks every 3-5 minutes, but it still does the trick!!! ***Also, I had the same problem with the app not working when I renewed my subscription, but I was able to sign up on the website no problem.👌🌟

I love naughty girl fitness. Someone had sent me a TikTok video and I casually thought “hmm, that looks fun…” but as someone on a budget I didn’t look further. Something (divine intervention? Curiosity?) pushed me to just give the free trial a go. I bought a membership on the first day and canceled my gym membership. You get way more than what you pay for. Super fun, exciting workouts with amazing music and such positive, authentic, ENCOURAGING energy!!! It gives me the same vibe of dancing in my high school dance class or after school with my friends, when we didn’t care about weight loss or summer swim suits, just moving our bodies to our fave jams and enjoying ourselves. I feel like I’m at the club with my besties in my own living room (I even got a disco ball light for my evening sessions 😂). My confidence has gone way up and I’m having so much fun working out. If you’re on the fence, DO IT!!!!!!! Your body, heart, and soul with thank you later. Thank you Naughty Girl!!!
