The casino is okay. The catalog of games could be better and I feel the way they are listed could be more appealing. The rewards boxes received every Thursday and what you receive depends on the tier you are. I believe the tiers change weekly so if you do not wager enough money you’ll be demoted basically. When k first joined they had a mystery wheel spin for anyone that deposited within the last 30 days. They did away with it but recently brought it back. I just want to say I think it is absolutely RIDICULOUS that there are prices of 2 or 4 spins and what’s almost always what it lands on. 2 freaking spins? Really? I just think it’s ridiculous as if the hard rock cannot afford to keep 5 spins as the lowest prize on the wheel. Esp for tier 3+ players. I was tier 5 for about a month but dropped down to 3 due to less wagering. Had to prioritize during the holidays. Anyway, that’ll forever remain a complaint of mine. Winning 2 freaking spins?! Not something id expect from a one of the top casinos. Hard Rock Bet is a terrible app and has even worse customer service. I signed up in another state a few years ago and never placed a bet. I saw they just expanded to Illinois and since I live in Missouri where sports betting isn’t legal, I decided to give them a chance. When I first went to log in my account was suspended. I contacted support and found they had to verify my identity. So I obliged and sent my ID. After 2 days, my account was active again. I deposited $200 with the promise of a $100 free bet. I drove an hour round trip just over the Illinois border and attempted to place $200 on the Mariners. It got rejected and gave an error that my account wasn’t active. I contacted customer service and for the 2nd time in 3 days I was asked to verify my identity, this time with my debit card as an addition. It took 2 days but my account was finally back. I drove today again, an hour round trip, just to get the same error when I am trying to bet. I’ve never even placed a bet with Hard Rock and they have restricted my account 2 times and wasted countless hours of my time. Their customer service is non-existent. They give a phone number but that’s just an automated system. There is no real way to get help as their chat only gives false time frames and nothing but hassle. My wife just signed up on Friday and they already suspended her account too. They have no idea what they are doing. I’d recommend using Draft Kings or BetMGM instead. Don’t waste your time on this Mickey Mouse operation called Hard Rock Bet.

I will never get back the time and money this company stole from me. This company will provide you with the single worst experiences you have ever experienced in your life, every time. They will find a way to make simple postponed games into the worst day of your life trying to figure out why all of a sudden you have new bets out that are obviously going to lose. They will do everything they possibly can to keep you from winning and it is so freaking weird and infuriating to see it happen live. They will void your bets that win at any chance they possibly can. They will change your bets with out your permission as much as they possibly can. They will steal from you every chance they get. They will change your bets without your permission and ban your account if you try to get help. When a game is postponed, they decide to change the game to a different game (a sure loss) and make it look like it is still the same game. If you want to try to get help, there’s a 99% chance you will get connected with someone that will make everything worse. If there’s an epidemic of suicides in addicted gamblers, this company does absolutely everything in its power to contribute to that. The customer support is a 1v1 chat box on rust with a kid who’s only ever played mw2. And that is it there is literally no other option to get help other than an underpaid person who is probably sitting on their couch who does nothing except push your buttons and repeat the same line until they threaten to ban your account with your money in it.
