I have had to make payments over the phone, and on their website for the last three months. The worst part about it is that their customer service refuses to acknowledge the fact that they have a one star review, and the app has not worked for the last three months. I understand that the customer service can’t do anything about their app. But you could at least be honest about the functionality.. this is single-handedly the absolute worst company that I have ever financed anything through.

I’m not sure if their updates has caused more problems with the usage of the app but now I can’t even log into it. When inputting my login information, I get an error message then it shows I’m in the app but then an error red bar slides out from the right saying saving error several times. I can’t reset my password, says my email needs to be verified which is odd because I’m already receiving emails from Service Finance. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and still not working. I think they need to test it again before launching it.

I’ve called repeatedly (over 2 months now) not only to make payments but ask for app support and had no help. I get the response every time of “There are currently no issues with the app I don’t know why you’re experiencing this” as I come here and read reviews with responses from the company that occasionally replies very selectively “we are having issues please navigate to the website” and the website is AWFUL to navigate. Fix this, listen to your customers, read your reviews. This is ridiculous.

Trying to make a payment and app says something went wrong, so I try again and in the meantime I get an email that says payment submitted. While reprocessing, I get another error that says something went wrong but I end up getting another email saying payment submitted. Log out and back in and there are two scheduled payments! So, I go to cancel one and again, I get an error saying there was a problem, but yet again I get an email confirming the cancellation! OMG, get a new developer that knows what they’re doing!
