Website dosent work for some reason

I really really enjoyed this app and would like to continue using it, but past few hours i havent been able to load my site, ive restarted my phone, networks, etc. i would love if the team can diagnose this issue. I plan to stick to this app but if it still dosent work (infinite loading/cant even view site) ill have to move onto another.

Just take the extra time and effort to create something on Wix. At first I loved how easy to use this app was. It took me one evening to finish the website and start sharing the link for my small business. I loved it so much I decided to buy a domain url through GIZI. DO NOT BUY A DOMAIN THROUGH THEM. You lock out the domain for an entire year and it’s not really yours, it’s the developers. I eventually grew out of GIZI, needed more features and customization capabilities, so I tried transferring my domain to Wix, that’s how I figured out it’s not mine lol. I can’t transfer it. I’ve tried dozens of times to reach out to the happyhelp support email they have on the app and I’ve never heard back from anyone. And it’s not even just the domain that’s the issue. The servers are constantly going down. I couldn’t access my website for a whole week once. They’re probably going to respond to this review saying “have you tried reaching out to happyhelp” I have. And I’m done. The developer of this app is MIA. Wasted my money on the domain and it’s locked down for another year so I can’t use it for my small business. So frustrating.

If a user chooses to delink their domain from GIZI, we immediately provide access to the domain control panel after confirmation — completely free of charge — so they can manage or transfer it as they wish.In fact, domain transfer or delinking is something many of our users request when they move on to other platforms. We have a clear process in place to assist users through it smoothly, and we’re always happy to help with such requests without hesitation.As a provider, GIZI operates on very minimal margins for domains, and we are fully transparent about this process. Unlike many industry-standard vendors who lock customers in through domain restrictions, we never do that. We do not lock users into our platform.
