This drone has been a SEVERE disappointment and the app software is as well. I was shocked at the poor performance for how much I paid for this exo ranger drone so I started doing research to see what others had experienced and low and behold I found out that this “exo ranger drone” may look exactly the same as some more expensive units…..but doesn’t have the same quality and performance as those. Soon yeah I guess shame on me for trying to save some money cause there’s clearly a reason as to why this one is less expensive and I’m payin the ultimate price for it now everytime it loses connection when only 50ft away or the buttons in the app don’t respond and then just crashes leaving the drone just freely flying in whatever direction it was going in and if it goes behind a tree or even a skimpy bush it’s anyone’s guess if the remote is going to lose ability to control the drone’s direction. I can’t believe the signal communication btween the drone and remote is THAT WEAK that that happens. Plus it’s supposed to come back home automatically when losing connection….but it never does! I’m glad about that though because I would never trust it flying on its own given m the pathetic performance of this unit and the app in general. Poor job guys. Just really poor job.
