Guest users (ages 16+) may schedule visits without registering for MaimoCare but cannot reschedule/cancel without registration.
COMPLETE E-FORMS: Review and sign many of the forms that your doctor requires from the comfort of your home. Your E-Forms (electronic forms) are available up to 5 days before your scheduled appointment. Completing E-Forms before your visit can save you time at your appointment. E-Forms are available in 10 languages with the assistance of our multilingual support.
EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT PRE-ARRIVAL: Our Bay Ridge and newly opened Children’s Emergency Departments are ready for you and now you can notify them of your intended arrival time and why you are visiting the emergency department.
SCHEDULED VIRTUAL VISITS: Connect with a Maimonides provider via a scheduled virtual visit. Check with your provider to see if virtual visits are available.
24/7 VIRTUAL URGENT CARE: For immediate care needs, access virtual urgent care providers who treat a range of non-emergency issues.
MULTILINGUAL TRANSLATION: With MaimoCare's multilingual support, you can now view the app in Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, Haitian Creole, Hebrew, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Urdu, and Uzbek.
ACCESS YOUR HEALTH RECORDS: Link your MaimoCare account to your Follow My Health account for instant access to your healthcare information, including lab results and medical history.

In addition to our new design, we are excited to introduce Guest Scheduling. Now patients ages 16+ can schedule appointments with a Maimonides provider without having to sign up or register for MaimoCare, making it easier and quicker to access care with Maimonides! While guest users cannot cancel/reschedule appointments, these features are available to those who register for an account.
