Very happy with the new Younique app, it’s now so much quicker and easier to access my back office info at the touch of a button. I can now close out the permanent open back office tab I’ve had opened for 7 years! 😃🙌 I’m loving how you can set team goals and how the dashboard even shows you status colors.

I just re signed up as an affiliate after being gone for almost 2 years. I had to sign up with a new link and couldn’t use my old one. The link to share in my app is the old one instead of my new one. Messaged support and they said everything looks fine on their end even though I sent them screenshots of what my app is showing. They said don’t use my phone, to use my computer. So needless to say, no help from support to get it fixed. I don’t have a personal computer and run my entire affiliate business from my phone. So not really thrilled about not having the correct updated information in my app.

Very glitchy. It has been telling me for over a week now when I try to open the app that there is a new update. But when I click on the update button, it takes me to the app in the App Store and there’s no update there. My only option is to try to open the app again so I’m stuck in a vicious circle.I contacted support and they were no help at all so I give up

I am a new affiliate and I am not able to open the app 99% of the time. The few times it has opened allowed me to see what a great app it is. It won’t go past the open screen. A couple of times it went to an all white screen. That’s it. I have also deleted and downloaded it multiple times. I have an iPhone and an iPad, same issues on both. I messaged Customer Service and have not received a response. I work from my iPad so I’ll be very upset if this can’t be resolved.
