I’ve only been using this app for a few days on the advice from my doctor and I can already see flaws. I have marked things wrong and I can’t go back and change it.. like I inverted my weight and now it looks like I’ve lost more than I have. I put food in the wrong meal category and added one item too many items because I wasn’t looking close enough. It really needs to give the user the ability to make edits and if this is an available feature it needs to be much more obvious because I cannot figure it out. along with the other reviews while it can connect to apple for heart rate I really wish it would connect to the workouts I’m doing. I feel like this could be better.

if I could give 0 stars I would. No other app makes me want to throw my phone at a wall or smash it with a hammer than this app. I’m pretty sure the Flappy Bird app would load before this one if it was still on the App Store. You can’t even open the app on the first, second, or third try. When you finally resort to using the web-based version, that also doesn’t load. How is it that insurance requires patients to use this app and follow compliance requirements within the app if the app NEVER WORKS? make it make sense dude. I haven’t even had my first appointment yet because the soonest they could get me in was like 4 months out. I am not looking forward to having to use this app once prescribed the medication I desperately need to avoid Type 2 Diabetes. I still log all of my food, activity, and weight through MyNetDiary because I can never depend on this application to open. In fact, I’ve spent my entire lunch break just trying to get this stupid app to open, to no avail. The only reason why I have this application is because of my insurance, otherwise I would not use this voluntarily.

If it was possible, I’d give it zero stars. Per my insurance, I have to use this app, which is horrible (very thankful the requirements of adding food and activity is not daily). Nothing in this app is user friendly. Developers should take a look at the FREE MyFitnessPal app - it’s so easy to log food, with or without a barcode (and edit, even if it was yesterday, which you apparently can’t do on this app), log activity, log water consumption, and the weight tracker is easy to read so you can check your progress based on a few different options. Also, MyFitnessPal lets me add everything I had at my meal at one time, but this one has me either trying to do it all at one time by typing a paragraph (most of what it ‘chooses’ for me is wrong) or I have to enter things individually to come close to what I’ve had. So once I’ve weighed in using the wifi scale that sends my weight off to whoever sees it, I immediately go to MyFitnessPal to log it so I can see my progress. I need a functioning app instead of a “motivational quote” every time I submit something.

I have several health apps. Garmin, Strava, LoseIt and Whoop to name a few. All play well together. All link together. They even all link to the scale and blood pressure monitor that Flyte uses. Why this app can’t link to them, is beyond me. When I do a workout, it automatically posts everywhere else, it’s ridiculous that it can’t make its way into this app. I have even given permission for Apple health and still the information doesn’t get inputted. Don’t even get me started on how cumbersome it is to log food and then to see your stats on your food. After using other sites like LoseIt, Noom and MyFitnessPal, maybe I’m spoiled but this app can’t seem to log my food at all and it’s all an estimation. I’m not sure at all how any specialist can really go by that. How is this app supposed to help people? You can’t make doctor appointments or contact your doctor through the app either. Don’t think of looking for your appointment time either. I do like the articles and recipes though. So I gave it a few stars 😕🫣
