They start you out with a nice limit and they keep the payments low. Not sure how they do it with all these other cards charging through the roof but they do it! I highly recommend this card to anybody looking for a little extra scratch while the economy is really tough for everybody..

Useless app by a useless company. I have a prosper card and the ONLY way to manage it is thru this garbage app. Every time I log in I get a message stating I don’t have a prosper card, would you like to apply for one? I can’t see my transaction history, available credit, due date, payment info, I can’t even make a payment. I’ve contacted these folks 4 times previously and I’m told the exact same thing, we need to escalate this to our internal team. I’ll be calling back in another month with the same unresolved issue, for the 6th time. I would avoid Prosper and everything associated with Coastal Community Bank. Buyer beware!!

The app is awful. Their IT is garbage. Despite being set up for autopay, got charged for a late fee when the autopay did not go through. Took a photo of autopay being ON but happened a second month in a row. That didn’t matter to the “customer service” rep who just said “that’s weird” and told me to turn off autopay, delete my info and re-enter it. They took my payments, but dropped the credit limit for “missed payments.” Hilarious part is this company keeps sending me an obnoxious amount (3-4 per WEEK) of e- and snail mail for personal loans. Complete joke of a company. Never using the card, app, or company again.

Just apply for the card a week ago set everything up and then a couple days later I’ll go to look on the app and it has not worked. It’s been two weeks three calls still have not received the card and the app is still not working tried to reset the password it will not generate an email every time you call you get the same response we’re going to escalate this and yet nothing happens. I’m not gonna use the card. I’m gonna throw it away. I don’t wanna do nothing with this company.
