Payment Reversal Issues

I’ve tried three times now to make a payment and the money has been in my acct but it keeps getting reversed after a week for, “insufficient funds”. My bank says everything is fine on their end, and now I am afraid of paying high interest. I don’t know how else to pay! The app itself works ok, just annoying to have to type in my full password each time instead of it just saving.

Fraud charge balance they won’t remove

REPORTING TO CFPB right now! Called 8 times now to remove a fraud charge of $421 from a target in another state. System or person hung up after 40 minutes each time. The second charge was blocked when I got notification via text. I am in escrow so my balance should be and needs to be zero. I can’t even get a temporary credit. Opening a dispute is useless.
2nd issue: Bungee America charged $248 which I disputed. I cancelled the charge 6 hours after my minor went online ordering a service never rendered. Mercury lies that the vendor said I used the services. Not true. Vendor I did offer to extend the tickets a few months but my son lives in Portland and won’t be back until next summer. This does not constitute services rendered. Even though it states no refunds, there’s a 24 hours to cancelation by law for online or phone orders plus my son is under age. I did not make the order. I do not recommend this card after this experience! I will be closing this account. I have too many accts not being used and don’t need an annual fee.

I love the card, the app, and the customer service! Best card to get when your starting out or trying to build/rebuild credit. They offer cash rewards that u can use to pay your monthly mins!! Amazing company and service!
