The Essentials 50 is a 50 minutes class designed for individuals across all levels of fitness. It comprises a 5 minutes primer – including bike set up, proper riding technique, and basic choreography – followed by a 45 minutes ride and cool down. The class combines a mix of cardiovascular conditioning and strength building, all set to a meticulously curated playlist designed to leave you energised and challenged!
The Signature 50 is a 50 minutes ride and cool down tailored to seasoned riders looking for an extra push. Feel the burn in our signature high intensity sequence that will build your endurance and make you stronger physically, mentally and emotionally!
