Great app- easy to use. I use alerts and the message center instead of calling. Always great service.

Recent updates have made the app pretty comprehensive. Bill pay stuff is still not as user friendly as the website, but acceptable. Having the “search” feature include account holder notes would be helpful for the next update. (Example- I do a transfer and “add a note” of “for vacation fund”, I would like to be able to search “vacation fund,” “vacation,” or “fund” and have my transfers show up instead of “no results.”)

This new COFCU app was a much needed update. Overall, I’m very happy that this app functions properly and looks a bit nicer than the previous app. Just a few suggestions:- I wish there was a way to size down the text (perhaps 1 font size down to make room for more information).- I thought there was going to be a way to transfer money to an external account, but apparently there isn’t. Or maybe I’m seeing it wrong??? Correct me if I am.

I would like more information when notified about account activity instead of having to log on and search to determine what the notification refers to!
