NIHSS Records 3.2 introduces new features and bug fixes. New features include: - NIHSS Instruction Notes let you take your own instruction notes, and you can look up these notes conveniently when scoring later. - Now you can share scale results with others - In Global Style of NIHSS, you can also look up the realted contents(Does calculator, guidelines). - You can quickly view the total times of scale evaluation, lowest and higest score.

Added Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Portuguese and Spanish (Latin America) versions of the NIHSS scale, and localized the App.

New Features: NIHSS Records version 3.0 provides users with the notification function of scale scoring. When the notification function is turned on, iPhone will send notifications to the user according to the Schedule Model selected by the user, so as to avoid missing assessments for patients requiring multiple scores. There are two types of schedule models: one is the default model inside the App, including: Daily, Every 3 Days, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, Every 3 Months, Every 6 Months; the other is a custom model: there is a built-in demonstration custom model: Demo Model. You can delete the Demo Model and define you own Schedule model. If we would like to evaluate weekly for 6 weeks after we evaluate a patient at baseline, we can select the Schedule Model as Weekly in the NIHSS scale(or other scales) settings, and then set the number of repetitions to 6. After the baseline score, the system will push a weekly notification to remind you that the patient should be scored again. Baseline score is the first score with the schedule model you choose.

New Features - Now you can directly add a new patient in Patients tab. - Also you can directly perform scales(New Scale Button) to the patient and save it in each patient's information details page. Bugs fixed - Total scores of the ASPECTS adjusted to 10 points - The abnormal status of purchase button in some cases was fixed.

Bugs fix: • Fixed the bug of UI going to MRS scale when clicking on ABCD2 and CHADS2 scales (Important). • Fixed the bug of purchased scales disappear when reinstall the NIHSS Records App. If you find that scales's contents are not displayed correctly, you can delete this app reinstall it.

New functions and features: - The patient’s name will be displayed in Recents page if you create a new patient. - In the scoring record details page, you can create a new patient with the score or add the score to an existing patient. - Patient information and your quick notes can be edited on the Patients page. - A second confirmation was made when deleting a patient to avoid mis-operation. - The person that administering the score is set to "Me" by default to reduce unnecessary input.

The process of saving patient NIHSS scores has been redesigned, including: - Redesign the UI of page that saving and updating the NIHSS scores. - After scoring, the specific date and time of NIHSS scoring can be displayed and changed - When storing patient information, you can upload patient photos. - When updating the patient’s NIHSS score, the date, time, scorer and notes of the NIHSS score can be updated at the same time. - Stored patient information can be displayed in the Recent and Patient tab .
