Safe and secure, not enough emotion

It’s great to vent. I just spill my thoughts and that’s that. When my parents tried to get in, they couldn’t. I don’t have anything terrible, I just like my own privacy. I just wish there was more emotions. I find it hard to diagnose my feeling, and the emojis aren’t always enough. Maybe if you allowed people to write their mood in that would be great

I updated the app and lost all of my journal entries

I really liked this app and was super excited to see the features of the new update, but when I logged in, I didn't see any of my journal entries and now I'm disheartened. I had such great things written out and now it's lost... I don't know how to get it back either. What happened to all of my entries?Update to developers response:Unfourtunally, your response is not only very late, but unhelpful. The only thing that I used on this app was a passcode to get into my dairy. Meaning, I don't believe I made an "account" on this app. I never sent information to whatever backup system you have for this app because I personally don't trust anything that can be hacked and used against me. Which has happened in the past and, I'm sure you would understand this, I still get spam and hackers calling and texting my phone religiously. So forgive me for not finding your response to my problem helpful or relevent. I won't be downloading this app again, which isn't against you or your app, and I'll have everything in a physical form for now on. You do not have to respond to this review, though I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my first review regardless. Thank you.

Coyotetooth
The Calendar will not seem to move to the next day and allow me to make an entry. When I've made an entry on a previous day. I can click on entries and go back to calendar and it will move to the day I click on.It's no big deal. just a side note.I like the simplicity of it I just want to jot down my day's highlights

I like this diary. I have all Apple products and my psychiatrist and therapist both recommended I start using a journal. No matter where I am, I can use this app and it syncs with my other device. My only complaint is that I wish they would expand on the emojis for the feelings. Being Bipolar, it’s important for me to document the right emotion and I can’t always do that.
