My name is Erica Starr. I was introduced to Effect by a couple school friends years ago. During Covid, they started going live for free. A homegirl was a current member. She asked us to be her accountability partners. I immediately Loved it!! If it’s not Intense, I don’t want it. Once I heard about the app I was locked in!! I have literally been Effect Virtual for close to 4 years now!!! I know it like second nature now🥰 I do not watch the phone, I zone in and take flight…. I PERFORM!!! I ain’t doing nothing but “gettin finer”, getting stronger and healthier 😉 I also don’t drink water and I’m at home so… Hop In!

Effect Fitness on Demand has been just the access I needed for my health journey. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about a virtual workout class, but based on the my experience in going to several classes off Metro, I figured I could give it a try. I’m so grateful that I did. I feel like the motivation comes through my screen and through my efforts. I’ve only been in SD for a month but I know when the weather change on Demand is going to be my bread and butter. Thank you for making this adaption in fitness community.

I have never been motivated enough to stick to an at home workout routine UNTIL EFFECT Fitness dropped their On Demand App. Even when don’t feel like working out, all I gotta do is turn on todays workout and Dooley plays some jams while I stretch and get loose. Then it’s on!!! It all about the music, energy and motivation I get from watching the regular badasses that are performing! Look out for my personal faves Pat/Candace and Lola Staxx 🤩 plus many many more looking like Super Woman everyday. Best $40 I spend every month!

I tried to keep up with the virtual workouts during the pandemic and struggled. In 2022, I became serious about my health and fitness D gave the virtual boot camp another try. I’m sooo glad! I’m addicted to this lifestyle and the app makes it so convenient to work out. I work out 6 times per week! I’m down over 20lbs! I love the energy, the playlist and the challenge I get from the trainers! There is so much to try and available to you in the app!
