I was so excited when I found the Cinch app in Apple Store. I downloaded the app and registered my account . I went on my screen to find the app so I can remove it to my bill folder and there was no sign of it. I had to do this 3-4 times to realize the app is not saving on my iPhone. Every month I had to go to App Store, type cinch in search box and hit enter for it to come up. There is no support for the app users either. What is going on????

I would love to be able to make payments online towards my principal balance. Mailing a check to CUL to reduce the principal balance is very inconvenient.

I’ve been using this app for close to 3 years and I’ve found simple and easy to use. Not much lagging and sign in to user account immediately. Thanks for making it user friendly without much extra work. I wish all apps were this simple. A+!!!

No account changes made in the app affect your account. Does not matter if you change the bank account it drafts out of or the draft date. It does not update your account. I confirmed this when speaking with their customer service. Do not use this app. If you need to make any account changes it needs to be done on their website.
