As two reviewers said, I too paid for this app outright, thinking I was buying a product I could use forever. But the developers have decided to update it to a subscription model and completely lock me out of the app I already paid for. What’s worse? No option for a refund or even a way to continue using the version I bought.And before the developers come here with the usual copy-paste reply about this being a “new app” save it. It’s the same app with a couple of extra tweaks, and you know These business practices are downright exploitative.Greed over customer loyalty. That’s all this is. Avoid this app unless you’re okay with being taken advantage of.

Here’s a non-copy-paste reply for you: This is a different app. Either you like it, or you don’t.You can still download the old app if you saved it. If you threw it away (that’s “deleted” in computer language), then tough. You should’ve kept what you bought, right?So, enough with the whining.

As someone said above, I, too, paid for this app and the app switched to a subscription and now I do not have access to the service I previously paid for. From the previous reply it seems that I am supposed to still have access to the prior app? How? (I never removed the app from my phone and I do not have access as I previously did.)

Thank you for your feedback. However what you say is not true. The previous application has been discontinued and a NEW app has been introduced. All users who paid for the previous application will continue to enjoy it as long as the app is still on their devices (or have a backup). In fact this new app will install as a separate application. Please don’t spread fake news and misinformation.
