We have implemented several enhancements to the user interface, including the inclusion of a dedicated notifications section for streamlined access to tagged comments and notifications. Additionally, we have added the ability to tag other users within the application, which will trigger both in-app notifications and email notifications to the tagged individual. Alongside these key features, we have also made various aesthetic and functional improvements, as well as addressed identified bugs. We are confident that users will enjoy this latest release.

We have added a new address confirmation page after you create a new file. While also increasing the effectiveness of the google maps location finder to ensure the most accurate loss address is chosen. We have squashed some bugs and made some overall improvements.

Our Official IPAD Version of the app is now available for download! We also made some minor adjustments to improve the overall user experience.

We deliver updates regularly, and this is our biggest one to date! Take a peak at all the new features below. Explore Page - All Files Button - This shows all the files currently pending/ Signed - Incomplete Files Button - A list of all the incomplete files. Files that do not have a customer information form filled out/ are missing a scope. - Pending Button -Shows all files pending a homeowner's signature. - Signed Button -This shows you all files currently pending a homeowner's signature. FILES PAGE Three tabs will let you filter through all of the files/submissions. Quickly filter your files based on their latest status or search for an individual file. SEARCH PAGE All search results match the information entered into the search box. Individual Submission page All the relevant claim information for the insured, including insured info, claim info, and contractor info. The new "payment" button will let you see the total amount of payments you have left on the file. Updates Tab Contractors can now receive updates about a specific claim/ leave their updates with any questions they may have. Company Info Page On this page, you can email/ call your Account Manager and view the information on file for your company. Users Page Show a list of users in your organization, including when that user last logged in/ how many total submissions that user has submitted.
