terrible terible I am all your help me to download this app to keep track of my tips and so forth that I can tell you that I’ve used it a little bit and it crashed on me. I cannot seem to pull the screen up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. smh

terrible terible I am all your help me to download this app to keep track of my tips and so forth that I can tell you that I’ve used it a little bit and it crashed on me. I cannot seem to pull the screen up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. smh

I have had the gigantic,unfortunate experience of my tips being held hostage, by MyZen.For two weeks, I have worked for a company that uses MyZen to give your accrued credit card tips.Every single day this app tells me a different story of why my application is not correct. I’ve been passed around from online helper to online helper with no actual help. Every day I’ve submitted new applications so I might hope to get my tips. Including face ID, three-dimensional with my video cameraDrivers license and passport. They refuse to give me my tips.If you are reading this and wondering if you should use MyZen for your company, I cannot urge you strongly enough to go with another company. I also relocated here for three weeks, when I could’ve taken more time to deal with this issue. No one has helped me, they’ve asked me for everything under the sun to no avail. Do not use this company. It’s almost enough for me to seek out another job. But since I just moved, I don’t have that luxury.

Logged in and its asking me to verify my account (already done) now its saying my phone and e mail isn't associates with an account. The mailing of my card has taken an excessive amount of time. I’ll be damned if I link my actual bank account to the piece of trash application to transfer funds(dont get me started on the horrific website I have to use to do my job that this same company runs). So, almost 200 in tips arent accessible, and have been stolen by this company by simply saying that my wallet doesnt exist. If you are thinking if working for a company that uses this application….. RUN!!! Nothing on this works correctly.

I literally quit hair cuttery for a couple reasons, but one of them was because of Zenoti. My card was hacked and I had to wait two months for the dispute to finalize. They make everything so much harder than it has to be. This is the second time I worked at said company, the first time I quit, my wallet was stolen so I filed for a new card. They refused to send me a debit card so I could use the funds. I reached out over and over until I gave up. They are doing this to me all over again now. Word of advice, if you are thinking about going to a company who uses Zenoti DONT DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT
