You store demographics and clinical information which can be transferred to the doctor’s office through a quick QR code scan. No more filling up redundant papers and forms. The app also provides consumer convenience secure access to your important health information from wherever you are. With Hello Health, you can also send messages to your doctor, book appointments, request prescription renewals, access important health-related documentations, get all lab orders and prescriptions, immunization records for kids, receive practice updates and many others.
