You can schedule the timer that will automatically stop the application. It does not require internet connection so you can use it anywhere without worrying about the data.
It can work in background mode.
You can also use with your apple watch

This is a GREAT APP!
This app helps me sleep and helps me keep my mind of things I’m having problems with and YES I will highly recommend it! Use it if you have problems sleeping or if you need to take your mind of things you are having trouble with or just use it to keep you calm because it helps me to be calm when I get mad and yes you can use it if you have ADHD because I do and my ADHD id just a mild form of it but when it’s to quiet I need some kind of sound going on or if it’s to loud I need it to be quiet but if you have ADHD and you have a mild form like me I recommend the app!

It’s the best to sleep to it all night long. I love it when I wake up I shut it off at night time. I can turn it back on as well to. My favorite is the white noise try it out.
Not able to play in background
Wide variety of sounds and the app description says you can play it the background but you can’t. I like to be able to play an audio book for about 30 mins at night when going to bed(at the same time my sleep sounds are playing) and then when the audio from my book stops… having my sleep sounds continue through the night. I had another app that allowed me to do this so I know it’s possible. But they changed things and now I’m trying to find another app . This one had promise…but the background feature is a deal breaker
