The best app ever

I always use this app when I go to bed. I usually have trouble falling asleep but with this app I asleep in 5-10 minutes. I customized my sounds and used the heartbeat, flute, and piano sounds on full volume. You don’t have to use these sounds since there are so many. If that seems to overwhelming then you could use one of the pre-chosen sounds. My sleep schedule has changed so much since I started using this app. I would recommend using this to anyone who has trouble sleeping. You could also use this for yoga, meditation, or anything else. My friend used this app to help her baby fall asleep and it worked very well. I can only say amazing things about this app. I don’t have any problems with this. I’m a student and dancer who can’t have a set sleep schedule. This definitely helps me get the rest I need. I really recommend this app. If you aren’t sure then you could just try it. I don’t have the premium version yet I have almost full access. I will be writing another review with more details and suggestions. Yet again this is an amazing app and I think you should try it out.

I love this because, even though there are so many free sounds, you can also get any of the pro sounds for free by watching a video. Every other app like this feels like it has 10 free sounds (bettersleep, but that nightmare is another conversation) and you HAVE to buy pro to access them. I’ll take ads every few clicks over barely having choice any day because, if you’re just clicking into the app, turning your sound on you already made, and going to sleep, you have no issue with ads and the endless combinations you can save for easy access are worth having to watch a few ads. Plus, I actually feel good about supporting the developers for not forcing you to get a subscription :)

I would recommend this app for people who want a simple but effective sleeping app. I found it very easy to navigate with the screen reader on my phone and I really like that you can experiment with different sounds by putting them together, sometimes making new sounds. Also, if you want to save a new sound you’ve made, you can do so by pressing the sound button at the bottom. using the custom tab. There is a premium feature available Which gives you access to more sounds but you can also get each sound that is premium by watching an ad. I really like this app.
