First of all, this workout program is amazing! I used to have horrible Charlie horses but ever since starting this program, I haven’t had one since! I feel so good with my body; her positive affirmations are so genuine and needed. I never felt so good about myself. Second, the app runs so smoothly! I am able to cast it on my tv with no issues of delays or audio/video issues. There are soooo many workout videos to choose from. If I am having a lazy day, I can choose a short workout; if I am feeling motivated, I can do either a longer one or choose multiple workout videos!I am so thankful for a program like this! Since I am able to workout from home, I feel so safe! Going to the gym, I would have eyes on me and with my anxiety, I thought they were making fun of me (I doubt that was the case but I couldn’t help it) but I feel so free working out!

I have been using these workouts for a couple years. The new app has been working great! I like being able to download the workouts to my phone. Browsing through the videos is easy and informative. And I can create a list of favorite workouts to come back to. I love getting to to move and workout with fun electronic dance music. And Meghan is doing the workouts with you the whole time! Most workouts have a pattern, but there are so many moves Meghan creates that each workout feels unique. Most workouts will work on a part of the body for two songs. If I’m getting tired, I tell myself I can keep going through the song! The workouts are challenging, but still fun at the same time.

LOVE this app!!! CitySweat offers such fun workouts that are dance-inspired but are made for everyone to enjoy. I found this fitness program at the beginning of the pandemic when everything switched to virtual platforms. And now having the flexibility of doing virtual workouts wherever and whenever I want is a game changer! The fact that now this app allows all classes to be downloaded makes having spotty Wi-Fi no longer an issue!! Plus the way the different monthly challenges and types of classes are simply displayed and organized provides a relaxing experience any time of day you wanna get your glisten on!!! :)

I have been doing Meghan’s CitySweat workouts for almost 2 years now and they truly never get old. Meghan ALWAYS keeps things fresh and challenging! This app is the icing on the most delicious cake. CitySweat is now more accessible than EVER and I am loving the organization of this app so much! Meghan offers monthly challenges and this new platform makes them super easy to follow, and it’s also incredibly easy to find whatever workout you’re looking for each day. OBSESSED.
