Considering your on every social media network out there, your not very good at customer service. How do I get someone to contact me??? There is no way to cancel a subscription, there is no way to register an account on the site, no way to sign in anywhere. I’ve emailed six times already and no response back at all !!! Quick to take my money that’s about it. What about the seven day trial and cancel at any time ??? That’s a big lie. I need someone to contact me back or the next reviews will be on every social media network you post on !!!!

No wonder there's only one person getting this app. You are not given the chance to even register or create an account on the app to add your email in the first then how can it recognize your email? It's impossible. Help someone to create an account 1st with their information before asking to sign in with email that was never in the system in the first place. Fix this because nobody can sign in.

If you subscribe and later on decide to cancel you will continue to be charged even after. I had to call my bank to cancel this subscription. There is no customer support for this app. I can’t believe he has not fixed this. I have been getting charged since Nov 2024 and didn’t even know it.

Not sure what’s going on but the app will not let me log on. Keeps saying my email is not linked to the account. When I reset the password, the emails is linked to it. This guy post 24/7. I don’t understand why he doesn’t respond or check on the app.
