While working with a P3 Clinician, the P3Life App provides you with convenient access to your customized health and wellness plan. The app makes it easy to keep track of your Clinician's guidance, and follow the lifestyle recommendations she has designed specifically for you.
The app allows you to share your progress with the P3 Team; including food choices, activity, when you are taking your supplements, sleep quality, and more - allowing your Clinician to make changes when needed. The added accountability helps create the new habits and behaviors that lead to better health and lasting outcomes.
The app includes valuable resources and smart features to help improve your results:
• Set and monitor personal health goals together with your P3 Clinician or P3 Health Coach.
• Track food choices, exercise, sleep, stress-reduction activities, nutritional supplements, mood, pain-level, and more.
• Lifestyle plans and educational information, including the nutritional value of food, meal plans, recipes, and videos.
• Nutritional supplement scheduling - so you know what to take and when to take it.
• Electronic journal for keeping track of key health changes.
• Automated reminders
• Integrations with Apple Health so that you can automatically import your steps, sleep, blood pressure, and other data from your favorite health and fitness tracking devices.
• Direct connection to your P3 Clinician and Coach who can monitor your progress in real-time and give ongoing support.
The P3Life App is only available for patients actively enrolled at Peak Performance & Prevention.
