App does what it says regarding viewing of paystubs and the ability to make certain changes like direct deposit info, viewing of w2, changing address, etc. However, it would be super convenient if we were able to use Face ID instead of having to log in every single time! Also, it’s annoying that we can’t print a PDF version of our pay stubs; instead I have to screenshot it, then edit by cropping it just so I can print a good copy. Smh

This app is absolutely trash you have to log in every single time you use the app but once you log in close the app then go to log in again you have to create a new password but the password can’t be any of the last 5 passwords so get ready to have 6 different passwords and have to change it every other time you use the app then get ready for the random lock outs after you reset the password yes this app will make you change your password then proceed to lock you out your account this app is more frustrating than it is helpful so do yourself a favor and don’t download or use this app it’s crap

When attempting to save PDF documents that are accessed, such as statements of benefits, the PDF that is actually saved is a cut-off version of the web page. A number of things about this app are pretty bad, and such requires many improvements, the saving of PDF documents is just one thing.

It should be illegal to make employees for companies use anything but the most up to date apps secured and updated on a consistent basis. Even video games are updated more and they don’t require personal information. This app is the biggest joke I’ve seen tied with their employee clock in app that just redirects you to a website. Why should any of us trust you know a single thing about tech when you don’t even update your apps? Refuse to use if you are able to.
