Listen…I’m a former professional and competitive dancer of 20+ years. If you’re looking for a barre + Pilates + strength training + some ballet fitness this is THE app and community to be in. The workouts are segmented into various types, from targeting areas of the body, to type of workout, to really well curated challenges that focus on the whole body - from sculpting and toning to restoration. There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels for all genres Coach Kel teaches. I’ve tried several other “Pilates” apps from well known instructors and have been met with such disappointment and frustrations in how they curate their workout challenges, to not having various levels, etc. Coach Kel has done an excellent job in curating not just the workouts and routines themselves, but in making the app super user friendly and easy to navigate. I can workout at home, or take this with me to the gym (you know… for the ✨ambiance ✨), but having a barre + Pilates trainer in my hand wherever I go and wherever I choose to workout at is seriously the best

If you need an enjoyable fun upbeat workout you can look forward to that is going to change your life forever then download this app. Coach Kell never stops delivering amazing classes and content. Def need to follow her on IG too. I am 40 and just had my last baby. I worked out my whole life at the gym then random home workout programs and I’ve never loved the results, I just thought that’s how my body was built and I couldn’t change it. I’m curvy and always wanted that long lean look. Well I have my dream body now thanks to this program. My husband compliments my booty and my MIL just told me how small and toned my legs look! I usually only have time for the express classes but it is still very effective.
