This app is way better than any other coffee app. I love that you can order and pay ahead. It saves me time in the morning on my way to work. It also shows you your rewards and progress toward a free drink. I like how user friendly and streamlined the app is too. It shows you recommendations for drinks that other people love which helps me see the variety of drinks they have available and I like to try new ones every now and then. The app saves your order for next time too. Overall, love this app!!

I've had this app for about a year and it just keeps getting less and less user friendly. A few months ago I lost my ability to redeem my free drinks through the app and when I asked an employee about it I was told that it's a common problem, and that to redeem the free drinks I have to order in person and tell them I have enough points for a free drink. If I had the time to sit there and order and wait for them to fix my drink, I wouldn't be using the app. I need the app so that I can order ahead of time and just pick it up. Now, the app no longer allows me to order food through it, unless I want a rice krispee treat or a bag of sun chips. I have a very busy schedule as I work full time and go to school part time, and being able to grab a coffee or an energy drink and a bagel sandwich on the go was really convenient and now I don't know what the point is. If the free service is this bad, why would I sign up to pay $10 a month for two free drinks I can't redeem and items I can't order?

I love Gravity Coffee, and have been such a fan of their drinks and style. But this app is an absolute mess. Constantly down, and not just down for a small period of time. We’re talking days two weeks. we pay for the gravity club through subscription and we can’t even access our benefits and to order a drink. For the longest time, you couldn’t even login due to text verification. Then, when it magically started working again, I couldn’t order a drink because of software errors. This is the third time this app has gone down in the past 12 months.And you can tell that there is zero communication within the company because every time I try to talk to the barista, none of them have any idea, and they just keep referring me to corporate office, who also is completely nonresponsive. it’s obvious it’s not the baristas fault, but at some point some transparency about this app needs to be made.If Another major coffee retailer had even a fraction of issues with their app, the world would go wild and in would be fixed. It’s crazy because you can see such a disconnect on their social media when they announce new stores and different states but hello, can’t order drinks from their app because it’s down…yet again. Seems like the app is working again as of today, but you couldn’t paint me shocked if it went down again for yet another few to several weeks.

I didn’t have to many annoyances with the app at first other than a few semi minor issues, like if you try and customize a premade drink the customize button was hidden under the size options not allowing you to click it. But more recently I’ve had two instances of just not being able to access the app. A few months ago it simply would just not let me verify my account. Eventually it started to work again but more recently anytime I try and do anything inside of the app I’m greeted with a message telling me to contact the technical team, (which has never responded to any of my emails or calls) this wouldn’t be an issue normally I’d just delete the app and continue to order my drinks in person, but I’m still getting charged $10 a month for an app I can’t even get into to cancel my subscription, and there is no other way I have found to cancel my subscription other than through the app.
