Set up a buddy system for the entire shift in seconds, whether you're rotating outside order takers, expeditors, or any other positions. Simply configure the rotation schedule, and your team can check the app to know exactly when it's their turn to switch, taking the responsibility off your shoulders. For more complex setups, like rotating 1 person every hour and 3 people every 30 minutes, use iPad's Split View feature. You can run two instances of the app side by side, each with its own rotation, making it easy to manage multiple positions and keep everyone rotating smoothly.
