The app is a great concept and has an organized layout. Although, I absolutely hate the fact that every time I try to filter the search it freezes up, causing me to close and reopen the app until it eventually works. Also, the app automatically attaches the worst available coupon they offer onto your order. So, if you’re not aware of the best available coupons you’ll end up spending more money than you should.For example: I added 2 pairs of prescription glasses to my cart and it automatically attached a 30% off coupon. 30% off is awesome—but only if you don’t know about their buy one get one free offer… so if you get this app make sure you research the best offers to save a lot more! Overall, I like the app just enough to continue using it, but I’ll also use other eyewear apps as well. This app isn’t the greatest out there, so it’s definitely not really competing with other apps that have the same concept.

I bought, and I paid more than in other places. I only bought for the quality they offered me, it was a recognized brand, the price was more expensive and it was on sale, almost 20 days passed, I entered to check the status of the order, they said I'm sorry, we have more and I call customer service, the boy offers me some very cheap glasses that are not even a recognized brand, I had ordered. I buy calving klein. Regular price almost 160 but I paid offer. Gel wanted to give me glasses of 40 dollars. To what I told him I bought warm and recognized brand. I explained to him that I don't like those gagas, they are not a brand, after a lot of talking he accedes and he told me to choose and choose other glasses. He tells me because of the error they date me. Express service and I wait 10 days. Oh surprise I just checked that the company cancels my order and they don't give me my payment method. Put store credit. That's not fairI wasted a lot of time I told the boy that I really need the lenses urgently he told me don't worry I'm going to put you in express service you won't pay anything I trusted if I had known from the beginning I would have bought somewhere else I told the boy that from the beginning the company gave me a bad thorn that I felt it was not good and now I understand it I'm very sorry

They don’t answer the phone. The computer voice is not helpful, when someone did decide to answer the phone and it was a like a miracle that a live person answered I gave them my prescription details and then I even spoke to another agent and told that agent my prescription details too. Well guess what the glasses arrived after a couple weeks and my left and right lenses were vice versa.. They done the strengths for the Wrong eye….all backwards. Left was for right and right was for left. Note this was my first order and they messed it up. How could 2 agents not make sure I was getting what I asked for. Then when I tried returning it says sorry your order is not eligible for returns. Only exchanges. After they told me that if I’m not happy or whatever I can get a full refund. These people lie. After trying to get a live person again which took several hours of calling and talking to a computer I finally spoke to a woman and she sent me a return label after I explained how they messed up the glasses by dosing the lenses vice versa. So I’m still waiting for my refund. I refuse to trust this company and the prescription sunglasses were NOT even clear, I could see a reflection of myself when outdoors in the sun. Just like I do when I buy the cheap sunglasses from cheap stores. Don’t waste your MONEY OR time here.

I ordered a pair of glasses in June 2025. They arrived in July. They were the wrong frames, so I sent them back. I re-ordered another pair of glasses in July, and the frames were bent apart by the temple arms so far that they wouldn’t fit on my ears! The back of the arms were over an inch away from the sides of my head. So I sent them back AGAIN, and reordered a THIRD pair of glasses! They arrived three days ago, on August 15, 2025. The frames are so big that they fall off of my head when I look down. Please understand that I gave them the exact dimensions that I needed for the frames each time I ordered, but they sent what they had that was closest to what they thought would work for me. They didn’t even come close! Also, I had to deal with a Customer Service BOT instead of a real person, and if I didn’t reply in 10 seconds, they disconnected. It was maddening!! So I contacted Glasses USA customer service again, BEGGED for a real person to talk to, finally got one, and was informed that they don’t allow more than 2 returns. I was told to wait 2 days for someone from Glasses USA to contact me via email. All I want is my money refunded to me. I’m done ordering glasses from them. My experience with this company has been a nightmare. Customer BEWARE!!
