To only give 5 stars is a disservice! Danae has created an easy to use, functional, diversified app to help everyone with their individual heath and fitness goals! Whether you're looking for customized workouts or meals based off of diet restrictions, Elev8fit has it covered! The workouts are paired with videos for each of the exercises, so if you're new to working out or just not sure of what to do, Danae has examples! You can track your workouts as you complete them and it helps you stay on track as to your progress! The "My Plans" tab is customized to what you and Danae spoke on relating to your health and fitness goals! The "community" app is great to intermingle with people on the same fitness journey as you, you're not alone! The "tracking" tab is perfect for feeling accomplished after working out, getting in your daily steps and other goals! Danae and Elev8fit have been a lifesaver in my life and I am so happy that I am able to reach my goals with an amazing coach and support system behind me!

If I could give this more then 5 stars I would! I was in the worst shape of my life! I felt horrible mentally & definitely did look good at all. Danae helped me so much. That I was able to lose around 40 pounds and get to my goal weight I started eating foods that were right instead of under eating. I was eating more because I thought that under eating would help you lose weight which is not true. She was always there by my side, rooting me on and helping me with challenges. I am beyond grateful for her. She really helped me on my journey. I couldn’t have done it any other way. If you wanna get your body back definitely go for this it’s a way to go. You get a one on one personal instructor that will help you through life and your eating goals and working out.

Where do I even begin?! I have been working with Danae for almost 3 years now and in that time she has developed the most amazing app. It helps me stay on track and holds me accountable. Danae has helped me beyond measures and has completely changed my life. Not only physically but mentally as well. I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and I am currently 10 pounds under my pre baby weight. I am a vegetarian so all my life I have struggled with being a “skinny fat girl”. I was “skinny” but always had a lot of fat due to my low protein intake. Danae has introduced me to new ways to get protein in. She has helped me implement new habits into my life. Taught me that you don’t have to kill yourself working out hardcore every single day to see results. I can confidently say I first hand have seen AMAZING results from only having to workout 3-4 times a week for 20-30 min and getting movement in the other days such as walking or biking. The Elev8fit app has helped me stay on track with all the well organized content and is for sure the perfect layout for success. It provides videos for each week and makes following along super easy and clear, and teaches so much that will forever change the way you eat. Also provided is a video of each exercise, which I find super helpful because sometimes I don’t know how to do it or want to check to make sure my form is correct. Danae is so knowledgeable and you can tell this is her passion. Not to mention she is there for you every step of the way. She answers my endless questions and concerns quickly. She is also expanding and has an amazing team by her side, who are also extremely knowledgeable. I can go on and on about how much I love Danae and how grateful I am for her. I truly do not know where I would be without her!
