They are deceptive because they don’t allow you to see this app and it’s reviews at time of purchase, so you don’t know the final product you receive until it’s too late. On their website they had a bunch of positive reviews and withheld the app name for which you will be using the product. The cameras were cheap and burned out right away , I bought 2 cameras one didn’t work from the beginning the other one just turned off the following morning when I did a iPhone update on my phone and restarted my phone. The lights on the camera turned off and are not coming on. There is only a red light that comes on when plugging in to charge. For the money they charge and I paid I figured they would be smarter then this and actually make a product that works instead of dealing with returns and refunds they would make a lot more money on a quality non selfish product.

This is a total scam product, it comes from China not USA, takes 30 days to receive, the return warehouse on the label they shipped from is in Inglewood, California, my two cameras that I bought do not work. They are terrible awful cheap products and when I contacted the company they told me I need to return them to China and gave me a China address why ship out in packaging that has a return warehouse address in California and then tell me I need to ship it to China and pay for shipping. SCAM SCAM SCAMI will be contacting US consumer affairs department to file a claim on this company. I have already tried to get my money back from PayPal, which is not becoming easy. For $9 with shipping included, I didn’t expect a $400 GoPro. I needed a little video camera I could keep in the console of my pickup that I could stick to the toolbox in the bed of my truck and view the gooseneck ball as I backed under the tongue of a trailer. Such a setup will save me a ton of getting out, seeing how much correction I need, then back in, pulling forward, backing up and correcting left or right to get hitched up. This camera will do the trick. Zero heartburn. 100% satisfied.

Useless waste cheap camera app. They offered it as one of the great Camera for home security. I ordered it and paid with my credit card, later they again tried to charge my card but fortunately my card was freezed so they couldn’t able to charge. On top of that, the app is keep loading and not even working properly. There is no remote function also I guess so because it is just connecting within the range and within the same network. So, you cannot connect and see if you go somewhere outside the-country or far away from the home. My money is wasted.
