I love being able to specify a vehicle with a wheelchair ramp. But they make you choose the specific make and model and only allow one choice. I would like a choices of any vehicle with a working ramp. They also advise you to Next time book using the app, even when you just booked using the app.

For my first time using it, I didn’t like that the phone said it would cost me $10 to get to my destination. I get in the cab and when I arrived at my destination, the driver charged me $24. A whole $14 jump! I didn’t like that. Say/write what you mean, and mean what you say/write. I see the idea but that may be an issue for our disabled community. I know, for me, I like to be ready with money in hand when alone. Thank goodness I wasn’t, however, if I wasn’t, I would have had difficulty taking out the rest of the money.

You’re not able to choose a general category of wheelchair accessible ride. They make you choose a specific type of car. Then you have to look for the wheelchair icon, which is in very light font. Why wait for a specific car model if several are wheelchair accessible. But you have to choose one. Makes no sense.
