When I first started using the app, I was constantly being sent campaigns and being accepted for them.

And it was great, I was being exposed to new things while being paid to do what I love to do all day anyways.

However, now every single time that I get sent something (really nice paying ones now too) I get denied every single time. It used to be something that was fun and I looked forward to doing, but it’s mostly just a big disappointment now

I love this app and the idea behind it. The glitches are a little out of hand though. There have been several times where I submit a video on time and then nothing happens. I don’t get paid. It doesn’t show in my active or completed. There have been other instances, where my video is gaining traction and getting the views needed, but then I’ll be declined after already submitting the video and gaining money for it. If the budget ran out, I should still be paid for what I earned. And the system they provide through the app to report glitches just doesn’t work so there’s not really a way to get it resolved. Have I made money with this app? Yes. But I’ve also been forced to miss out on money bc of glitches with the app. It gets incredibly annoying.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This app has so many bugs that need to be fixed. If you are able to actually log in when you make an account, your access won’t last for long (maybe a week or 2 tops.) The support team is absolutely useless. To have a bug that literally won’t let your subscribers even open the app is a total fail. The creators of this app should find a new hobby because these bugs in the app have existed for over a year and they have yet to fix it. I wondered why I stopped seeing people promote this app on TikTok and this is why.

I can’t delete my account or opt out of emails because I can’t even get into my account. And when you email support, they say “sorry, we can’t do anything about this. You’ll just have to keep trying to log in.” So here I am 6 months later, still getting emails, still unable to log in to my account.
