Update! Now the app doesn’t work at all! Kudos to the big heads who thought this was what the Nobility needed. Great job, guys, really. And you’ve discontinued the sticker program for our physical cards? Great job there too! Just keep knocking tonight of the park like this, I’m sure that’ll help membership. You know what doesn’t need constant software updates: a physical membership card!!! Seriously, the quicker you admit this was a horrible mistake, the better!Why was this forced on the Nobels? I’d imagine the vast majority of us prefer a physical membership card. Personally, I loathe digital bill payments and cards. I prefer doing as much bill payment via check and postage as possible and the decision to force digital garbage on us was not something the majority of membership had any input on.

Once you download and fill out the information you have a blank screen. What happens if I go to renew my Shrine tag and I cannot pull up my membership? if I go to attend a shrine function where dues card is required i would not be able to attend all because we are relying on an app only and not allowing for a hard copy to be carried in wallet. I do not believe this should be our only option and this should be a secondary option as we should still have a hard copy with a dated sticker provided for issues like this. Not to mention older members that don’t have a smart phone or have difficult operating smart phones. This is pushing older members away.

I downloaded the app over a year ago and haven’t needed to use it lately, but today I went to check to see if my membership was up to date and all I can see is a white screen. I deleted it and set it back up and it worked for about 10 minutes before returning to the white screen. I can access my card through the developers website without any problems, but the app would have been my preferred option. I also cut off my vpn, wi-fi and rebooted with no luck. Hopefully, this information will help to figure out the problem.

If you have an Apple phone and try and use this app but keep getting a black or blank screen trying rotating your phone 90 degrees to the left and if that doesn’t work trying rotating 90 degrees to the right. I had a friend explain this to me and it worked. Don’t ask just some glitch with Apple phones and the app. Hope this helps you out if you are having an issue like I was.
