This CDC-recognized National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) teaches you how to make doable changes to eat healthier, incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, manage stress and solve problems that get in the way of healthy changes. Includes video modules and private counseling with your assigned lifestyle coach. The app also integrates with Healthkit to get information about weight and activity.
