An amazing way to reduce screen time and exercise!

First of all, the whole experience of using the app is great, the UI feels so smooth and it’s a very simple and intuitive app to use. I’ve found that this app does an amazing job of forcing me to either exercise more or use my phone less, both two great options!!!

This app works like a charm. I use it for Uber Eats and Postmates and this app ensures that I do some workout before giving into my cravings every morning. Sometimes i even go and get takeout because ordering apps are locked and that has also helped me explore local cafes and restaurants.

As a college student, this app has helped me keep track of my screen time but in a much better way that other app blockers. I’ve tried a handful and rewarding me with screen time just by walking is incredibly beneficial!
