Your connection to the local transport:
BVG Muva is your connection to Berlin's local transport system, offering a quick, affordable and comfortable ride through the city.
Simply order a BVG Muva via the app and we'll pick you up in a few minutes.
The service includes two options.
Flexible Ride:
BVG Muva flexible ride is the ideal addition to public transport. With the BVG Muva vehicles Berlin becomes particularly flexible on the road. Because it gets there whenever you need it. Without a fixed timetable – simply on demand. You can either plan your entire trip, including public transport, using the app and get the best route suggested from start to finish or you can ride directly to your final destination with BVG Muva. Flexible rides are offered in parts of the following districts: Lichtenberg, Marzahn-Hellersdorf, Treptow-Köpenick and Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg.
Lift Substitute:
Lifts are broken, missing or there are non-functioning escalators? That can become a real problem for people with disabilities. From the end of 2024, the lift substitute will be available throughout Berlin- as required and without a timetable. You can find the current service area in the app or on the website.
This is how it works:
1. Download the app and register
Download the BVG Muva app, open the app and register with a few clicks or log in with your existing BVG account. That's it! Now you can use our service and get picked up.
2. Book a ride
Open the app and set your starting point and destination. If you activate the GPS function, your current location will automatically be suggested as the starting point. Once you have set the route, you can add luggage and passengers. Do you need a barrier-free pick-up? Activate the option in your profile setting and we will pick you up in a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
3. Get picked up
Once you've booked your ride, we'll be on our way to you. The app shows you exactly when you can expect us.
4. Optional: enter payment method
If a lift is broken, our service is free of charge. All you need is a valid ticket. For Flexible Ride, additional comfort surcharges will apply. For the payment, you can store a payment method and pay conveniently in the app. You can choose between PayPal, SEPA direct debit, credit card and cash. The app always shows you the total price in advance.
