It’s awesome, knowing where my kid is at at all times even where the school bus is when I can’t track him so I know when the bus is actually going to show up at his bus stop in the morning because it could be anytime between 8:02 AM and 8:43 AM. Take a guess or use the app and know when the bus is coming!

I would say this app is accurate and very helpful especially when determining where the bus is so I can make sure my student is ready to go on time. The only thing that happens periodically, and I am not sure if it is a bug within the app or has something to do with my phone, is that I will get logged out automatically. That can sometimes cause stress if I get locked out in the middle of the morning rush. Also, for some reason and I have checked as best as I can, I do not get notifications whenever the bus enters the neighborhood zone that I selected. It could just be me and I have not unlocked this feature to where it is actually useful. You cannot communicate between yourself and the bus service using this app. Though I do not believe that is the intent of the app, it would be an amazing feature. Overall, we are happy this app exists and have benefited from its use.

I usually don’t write reviews, especially negative ones, but I’m at my limit with this app today. Open it, doesn’t show the bus. WHAT?!? Nothing is different today. Of course, on days when schedules are different, like early out, delayed start (i.e. snow or ice delays), and first day of school, year after year, the app fails to show the buses, which on these days are the absolute most important, because they are different from the regular schedule, and as parents needing to change our schedules and get kids, knowing where the bus is on “off-days” is most critical, especially for those with young children. Why can’t this app just function normally everyday???? It’s not like it’s a new app and everyone, including the bus drivers, are trying to figure it out. Don’t understand why app and technology tweaks haven’t been figured out and set by this point.Another addition to the review: Multiple times I’ve submitted feedback about the alert zones not allowing a smaller target area to be set, but haven’t heard back and nothing has been done. The smallest circumference (zoomed out), is still way too big for those of us whose bus travels through a residential neighborhood on streets that are nearby parallel or close-knit streets. I can’t set certain alert zones for my kids, because if I put them on the places I want to, the alert sounds when some other random person is in that location with an alert. Would it be so hard to allow us to make much more precise locations and choices in the app? I just want the option of taking with my daughter’s stomach attendedrexekcwkne. This app is used by my child’s school transportation company. It was easy to download, easy to start an account, easy to get connected to the bus route my kiddo is assigned to, easy to set up my zone to get alerts. That’s where the good stuff stops. Sometimes the app sends notifications of bus location, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it send a notification of the bus arriving/departing the school and sometimes it doesn’t. The whole purpose of this app is to assist in the location of a child, especially in the time of a crisis or emergency…… this app is a waste if it cannot work properly when their is no crisis or emergency. Please patch the failures of the current coding.
