Missing key organizational functions

This app is truly awful for what it’s supposed to do. It lacks the ability to sort open shifts by date, location, or shift time. I currently have a list of 600+ open shifts that appear to be organized entirely randomly. I think they appear in the order they were added to the system, but that’s completely useless to employees looking for shifts. This is no-brainer functionality for a tool like this, and I can’t believe the developers didn’t bother with it.

You can now sort by published date or shift start time, and we’ve expanded filters to include order type, location, status, and time/date ranges. There needs to be way to sort available shifts by date, time, and location. It is too difficult and unorganized to find a shift I am able to work. There is no order in scrolling for available jobs.
