I’ve been a process server for a few years and I have used apps by companies like ABC Legal, ProVest, and EZ Serve (I do not recommend working for ABC or EZ). So I can say with some authority that applications made for process servers are generally pretty terrible. But not so with the ServeManager app. It’s not perfect, as there are times when jobs that I can find on the website will not show up in the app for some reason, but overall this is by far the best app out there for process servers and the app will make your life much easier if you use their service.

Why switch to slower “scrolling” menus? Why has the saving of “captured” photos in the app not been repaired (and until that time, restrict uploading of photos to Admin Only”)? Why wouldn’t you have the recipient of a posting autofill with the word Posted? Why did you let someone talk you into this mess of changes? Having to deal with all these things, alongside having to exclusively use the web page to upload photos, is not always ideal as some locations are not danger free while we take 30mins to upload information in this terrible, cobbled together framework.

Our company has been using servemanager for a while but the app just doesn’t load out all of your jobs. Like some jobs or job numbers are missing in app. Additionally, we lost some sorting features such at sort by date created. Which was by far the most useful for our company. Few issues that make it almost unusable for our company, if the were fixed we would be thrilled.
- Fixed unexpected map zooming when manually adding routes
- Improved map stability and overall performance
