Device doesn’t always work and no manual entry option

The device is paired and works sometimes and not others. It will throw an error and say to try again later. This is very difficult for someone that has to capture their BP multiple times. There is also no option to add a manual entry from another device so I have to go to Apple health or to the Ochsner main app and add it their. This has become so frustrating that I had to reinstall the old IHealth app to at least get my readings at the appropriate time of day without raising my BP because of the frustration. The meal and activity tracking offer only data entry and there is no insights or metrics. Almost like an afterthought. The app is linked to Apple health but it does not read or write to Apple health were I have all my activity and meal tracking already feeding. This app is just not ready for an advanced user.

Please fix the app please no per should have to take their sugar reading 3-4 times before it decides to process to the app. From now on, I’m taking my sugar once if it doesn’t transfer im sorry y’all not getting my reading and it does the same thing with the blood pressure and like one other review said I don’t remember what her name was but she’s been using it for years with no problems and then the last update this has been going on. I’m about ready to go back to a regular sugar and blood pressure reading so that way I can bring it to my doctor every month you used to be able to print a weekly report a monthly report event to send to your doctor. You can’t even do that no more you cannot add a reading in manually. Y’all need some major updates to this app because I’m fixing to leave y’all.

I have to wait for 4 minutes and then I receive an error message and it states to try later. I also went to the O bar at Ochsner/Lapalco Blvd and Ross updated the app and checked my equipment. I am still having problems.The update is not good and I can’t get a reading. All that I receive is error message and to try later.
