Never ever use this ever worst crm and no customer service

- SMS gateway selection now persists across messages and conversations instead of reverting to DP360 SMS.
- Resolved a crash when removing an attached file from a conversation.
- Resolved a crash when opening the Vehicle tab from a Lead's detail screen.
