I like the interface of this app and the way it quizzes, but I wish it could handle much higher numbers. It may sound ludicrous, but my five year old already can answer all the addition, subtraction and multiplication problems this app is capable of producing. I've recently taught her how to multiply any two digit number by 11 (e.g. 72 x 11, and this can be done in her head), but as far as I can tell, there's no way to use this app to test her.

Since about 1958, all students who took arithmetic (as we called it) had to learn 100 problems each of addition, subtraction, and multiplication, and 90 for division (because you cannot divide by zero).Every one of those problems can be seen over and over on math lite, plus more of the higher-numbered problems! That is the toy to put on the phone to relive memory, and even live dreams!Thank you!

1 divided by 4 is .25 not 4.

My 9 year old daughter loves the Drills App. It all started when she was frustrated that she was unable complete the times 4 worksheet at school. At first we used the lite version just to see how it worked, but the full version allowed us to isolate the area she needed help with. After passing the 4’s worksheet the next day she came home from school very excited. She grabbed the iTouch and adjusted the setting for her next worksheet by herself and began practicing. My wife and I are very impressed with how easy it is to adjust the setting for our other kids and track their progress as well.
