I was informed of this app from a police officer after my grandchild came up missing from Houston Tx. I live in Memphis TN and had custody of him until my son went in the Army. His mother was allowed to take him then she took off with him to Houston. The Texas Child protection called me and was asking if I knew where he was and I said no. She told me I needed to find him. There was two investigations going on for abuse and neglect. I went to the police who said they couldn’t put out a Amber Alert due to she have been given custody since my son was in the Army and Tennessee doesn’t have grandparents laws. When I received this app, I used it to see if I could find her. This app gave me enough information that I found them in Mississippi. I was able to call MCP services and inform them of the TCP services. We were able to save my grandson from further harm. He is now in our custody and doing wonderful. App works well except for one problem : I have the unlimited monthly report subscription and the app has stopped working on three separate occasions. I got a screen which says I’ve exceeded my limit of monthly searches so I need to login to the app and increase my subscription. I contacted customer service, she was very nice. She told me to logout of the app and log back in which worked. The app crashed two more times after that, I logged out and logged back in and it also worked. My question is simple, why is this happening? The customer service rep thought it might be a problem with the computer program.
The only other problem I had is for some reason when I push the “generate PDF“ button it doesn’t work and I never get any information sent to my email in PDF.
I have logged out and log back in but it doesn’t work. I’ve been using the app exclusively from my smart phone so maybe that has something to do with it. Every other function of the app works with the phone so I automatically thought the “generate PDF“ feature would work as well.

This is a great app. I use it in so many ways. I have 3 daughters and every time they go on a date I background check the guy. (My girls would be horrified knowing that) but, you can never be too careful. I also like to use it to check who’s calling me. There are so many scams out there and this can bring up a name linked to a number. The deep web search is a great tool to check on your own info to see if it’s compromised. If you’re looking for someone, this is the app to use! You can find out who owns a certain property, social media sites, emails, relatives and associates, all with address and contact info. So far, almost all of the information I’ve found thru this app has been 100% accurate. I was able to find my friends son who was adopted, in one search. It really is a great app for anyone to use.
